Using the right address is the single biggest thing you can do to speed up our reply — generic inboxes get triaged and re-routed, which adds 1–2 days.
Self-service alternatives
Before emailing support, you can:
- Export your data — Settings → Data → Export. Produces a machine-readable JSON file with everything we hold about you. See the Privacy Policy for what's included.
- Delete your account — Settings → Data → Delete. Removes your account and erases your CV, drafts, applications, and usage history within 30 days.
- Cancel your subscription — Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Routes to Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, where you can cancel any active plan immediately. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Read the policies — Privacy Policy covers what data we collect, where it goes, and your GDPR rights. Refund Policy covers when refunds apply. Terms of Service covers the agreement you accept when you use the service.
A note on email senders
Some of our automated messages don't come directly from aistreamjobs.com:
- Account verification, password reset — sent by Google Firebase Authentication on our behalf. Sender domain is typically a Firebase-managed address.
- Billing receipts, subscription confirmations, dunning notices — sent by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Sender domain is
lemonsqueezy.com. - Product announcements, newsletter — sent directly from
aistreamjobs.com, signed with DKIM, aligned with SPF and DMARC.
All three are legitimate. If anything looks off — unexpected sender, unfamiliar link target, prompts for credentials outside the normal sign-in flow — forward the email (with full headers, if you can) to support@aistreamjobs.com and we'll confirm whether it came from us. We will never ask for your password by email.
Languages we reply in
Customer support and business correspondence are handled in English and Danish. We can read enquiries in the other Tier-1 languages we ship the product in (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish) but our reply will be in English unless you explicitly ask for Danish.
Office hours
Næxt AI operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/Copenhagen time, excluding Danish public holidays. Outside those hours, support emails are queued and answered in order on the next business day. The service itself runs 24/7 on Google Cloud — only human correspondence is bound to office hours.
For postal mail
We strongly prefer email, but if you need to send physical mail (legal notices, subpoenas, anything that legally requires a postal address):

Allow 5–10 business days for the message to be opened and acknowledged. Time-sensitive legal notices should also be sent by email to ensure they're seen within the statutory deadline.
Complaints and escalation
If you've contacted support and aren't satisfied with the resolution:
- Email info@aistreamjobs.com with subject line "Complaint" and a brief description of the issue and what you've tried. Goes directly to the business owner.
- GDPR complaints can also be lodged with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). We'd appreciate a heads-up first so we can try to fix whatever's wrong.
- Consumer disputes in the EU can be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. For Danish consumers, the Center for Klageløsning is the standard route.
We'd much rather hear from you directly first — most complaints are resolved with a single reply once we understand what happened.
