Questions before you sign up.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free trial gives you 4 tailored drafts with no card. Add a card only when you decide to upgrade.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in-app under Account → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing month — no early-termination fees, no annual lock-in.
- How does billing work?
- We use Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle handles the card payment, invoicing, and any applicable VAT / sales tax for your country. Charges appear on your statement as 'Paddle.net'.
- Are taxes (VAT / sales tax) included?
- Prices on this page are net. Paddle adds your local VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your billing country. EU customers will see the inclusive total before confirming.
- What's a 'LLM spend cap' on Professional and Advance?
- Premium tiers let you choose which AI model tailors each draft. Rather than a fixed draft count, you get a USD budget for AI usage ($5 on Pro, $15 on Advance). A draft on Claude Opus costs more than a draft on Gemini Flash — pick how you want to use your budget. If you run out before month-end you can top up or wait for the next reset.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — switch up or down anytime in Account → Billing. Paddle prorates the change so you pay the difference for the rest of the month and the new plan price from the next renewal.
- Refunds?
- If something is wrong, email support@aistreamjobs.com within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund. Full policy: refund page.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your account stays on the free trial after cancellation. You can export your CVs, cover letters and applications anytime under Account → Data, and delete your account permanently from the same screen.
